CSR Strategy

As the JWP Group, we would like to pursue pro-social activities under the CSR concept, because we desire to:

  • achieving a high level of staff satisfaction with work-life in the company, in order to enhance emlpoyees` efficiency and greater identification with the company;


  • investing in employees` development – we are aware that the qualifications of staff determine the quality of services provided. Investing in employees` development through various training programmes should be an essential element of the building a sense of community, forming relationships, including interpersonal communication, affirmation of the value of teamwork;


  • building relationships with customers and society, building the company’s image as a company of high-potential, high-quality expertise, modern, environment-friendly;


  • building proper relationships with clients through effective communication , dialogue, consideration of their demands and monitoring their satisfaction.
